    This is the most spectacular American fire opal cab that I've ever seen.  It glows like nothing I've ever seen.  I felt compelled to make it a protector. So I made this boa constrictor and wrapped him around the opal to protect it from the world.  
     
    I fabricated that snake from a super thick 2 gauge piece of sterling silver wire.  The texturing and fabrication on this snake is intricate, and I'm very proud with how it turned out.
